Starting Position
Lie face down and position your arms in a W shape.
Proper Form
1. Lie face down and position your arms in a W shape.
2. Extend your arms out to form a T shape.
3. Slowly return to the original position.
Breathing Technique
Inhale while raising your arms and exhale while returning to the original position.
Precautions
