How to Sled Push
Starting Position
1. Hold the handle at the back of the sled and lean your upper body forward.
2. Place one foot in front and prepare to push from the heel towards the toes.
Proper Form
1. Push the sled forward strongly with your front legs.
2. Continue moving forward with short and strong strides.
3. Push until the target distance, changing direction as needed and repeating.
Breathing Technique
Breathe out naturally while pushing forward, adjusting your stride and continuing your breath.
Precautions
1. Do not bend your waist excessively and keep your core tight.
2. Start with light weights and short distances at first.
