How to Sphinx Pose
Starting Position
Lie down and place your elbows on the floor.
Proper Form
1. Lie face down, place your elbows on the floor, and lift your upper body.
2. Keep your elbows fixed and maintain a straight body.
3. Hold the position and breathe deeply.
Breathing Technique
Inhale while lifting your upper body, and exhale while returning to the original position.
Precautions
Stretch your arms straight and straighten your back.
