It was named T-bar Row as you pull a T-shaped bar for this exercise. T-bar Row is for those who want well-toned back by developing the middle part of back muscles.
1. Bend your knees and hips to naturally lean your upper body forward.
2. Grab the grip and open your chest.
1. While gathering your shoulder blades, gently pull your arms.
2. Pull your elbows back until they reach behind your body.
3. Maintain an open chest position and slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Exhale when pulling your arms, and inhale when extending your arms.
Please keep your chest up to avoid bending your waist.
