don’t do heavy weight until 18, you’re doing great
just do reps of 10 with a weight you can control slowly down. At your age you don't need heavy lifting your training your muscles now and hypertrophy kicks in at 10-15 reps per set and that's what builds ripped muscles.
yea I know its tough process but I have a bicep peak now
