Why is my weekly weight decreasing?
you want 3 days rest approximately between muscle groups thats the optimal rest time
eat well and sleep well. Give at least 5 rest days before hitting that muscle again. I hit every group once every 7 days, plus a 10 day rest every 8 weeks. That first workout after the 10 day rest is bomb, everything up. Gotta let the body heal
cause your sore you’ll never lift the same as the first day it’ll increase as you keep going I started at 30 went down to 20 back up to 40 now
