How to Backhand Raise

Starting Position

I stretch my arms back and raise my hands.

Proper Form

1. Extend your arms back and raise your hands.

2. Open your hands and perform a backhand raise.

3. Slowly return to the original position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale while raising your arms, and exhale while lowering them.

Precautions

Keep your elbows straight.
