Rotate your torso holding a dumbbell
Sit on the floor, bend your knees, and place the dumbbells in front of your chest.
1. Sit on the floor and hold the dumbbell at chest height.
2. Rotate your upper body from side to side.
3. Keep the dumbbell stable.
Inhale while turning your body, and exhale as you return to the original position.
Be careful not to twist your waist excessively while doing Russian twists.
