Scoop forward with your palm facing up
Stand and bring your arms in front of your body.
1. Stand with your palms facing up and extend your arms forward.
2. Slowly scoop your arms from below to above.
3. Slowly return to the starting position.
Inhale when you raise your arms forward, and exhale when you lower them.
Be careful not to strain your shoulders while moving your arms back and forth.
