How to Front Scoops
Starting Position
1. Avoid rounding your back as you lower your upper body.
2. Do not lower your upper body too far, as this can cause injury.
3. Focus on controlling the movement and avoid jerky motions.
Proper Form
1. Keeping your elbows out, bring your upper body forward by bending at the hips.
2. Lower your upper body as far as you can, while maintaining good posture.
3. Bring your upper body back up to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
1. As you lower your upper body, breathe in deeply.
2. As you bring your upper body back up to the starting position, breathe out.
Precautions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Bend your knees slightly and maintain good posture, with your back straight and your chest up.
3. Place your hands on the back of your head with your elbows pointing outwards.
