Chin-up is the motion of raising the upper body with the strength of the back and biceps. Depending on how you hold the handle, it is called Pull-up when the palm is facing out, and Chin-up when it is facing inside!
How to Chin up
Starting Position
1. Please hold the bar with your palms facing your body.
2. Please grip the bar at shoulder-width.
3. Please open your chest so that your shoulders do not hunch.
Proper Form
1. Engage your arms and lift up so that your chest is facing forward.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
Exhale when pulling your arms, and inhale when extending your arms.
Precautions
Please proceed with the movements slowly to avoid your body shaking due to the recoil.
