Starting Position
Kneel down, place your elbows on the floor, and bring your hands together above your head
Proper Form
1. Kneel and place your elbows on the floor, hands together overhead.
2. Lower your chest to the floor, stretching your elbows and triceps.
3. Hold the stretch with elbows fixed on the floor.
