How to Prone A Raise

Starting Position

1. Please lie down on your stomach on the floor.

2. Place your palms in line with your hips.

3. Make sure the backs of your hands are facing up towards the sky.

Proper Form

1. Fold your wings and raise your arms.

2. Slowly lower your arms and return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when you raise your arms, and inhale when you lower them.

Precautions

Please be careful not to raise your trapezius muscles.
