Keep your head and chest still, and close up your scapular first to better feel the movement of your back!
1. Please lie down on your stomach on the floor.
2. Place your palms in line with your hips.
3. Make sure the backs of your hands are facing up towards the sky.
1. Fold your wings and raise your arms.
2. Slowly lower your arms and return to the starting position.
Exhale when you raise your arms, and inhale when you lower them.
Please be careful not to raise your trapezius muscles.
