Push up from the floor
1. In a prone position, place your fingers on the floor facing your body.
2. Position your hands next to your chest.
1. From a prone position, extend your arms and push your body up.
2. Slowly bend your arms and lower yourself until your chest touches the ground.
3. Slightly lift your hands off the floor and push up again.
Exhale when pushing up, and inhale when going down.
Push your arms back and be careful not to strain your knees.
