How to Rotating Push-up
Starting Position
In the push-up position, extend your arms to lift your body.
Proper Form
1. In the push-up position, extend your arms to lift your body.
2. Rotate your body and raise one hand towards the ceiling.
3. Repeat on the opposite side.
Breathing Technique
Inhale when you spread your arms, and exhale when you bring your arms together.
Precautions
Keep your upper body straight.
