Seated Row is an essential workout to build back muscles. Try to control your shoulders and waist so that your back doesn't bend.
1. Sit comfortably on the seat of the machine and place your feet on the foot plate.
2. Reach forward and grab the handles of the machine.
3. Make sure that your back is straight and you are sitting up tall.
1. While gathering your shoulder blades, naturally pull your arms.
2. Pull until your elbows are vertical.
3. Return to the starting position by fully extending your elbows while keeping your back straight.
Exhale when you pull your arms, and inhale when you extend your arms.
1. Please be careful not to let your elbows flare out.
2. Please keep your chest open to avoid bending your waist.
