This exercise works your legs, back, and core together.
1. Attach the strap to the sled and hold the handle with both hands.
2. Lean your upper body slightly back and bend your knees a little to walk while looking back.
1. Walk backward and push the ground strongly with your legs to pull the sled forward.
2. Keep your upper body straight and continue moving with a regular stride.
3. Repeat for a certain distance or time.
Inhale as you step back and exhale as you push forward.
1. Move backward while keeping your gaze steady to avoid tripping over your feet, and move slowly.
2. Do not arch your back; engage your core to reduce strain on your lower back.
