Stretch your biceps by opening your arms

How to Standing Fly

Starting Position

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height.

Proper Form

1. Bring your arms together in front of your chest while keeping them spread apart.

2. Feel the contraction of your chest (pectoralis major) as you slowly bring them together.

3. Slowly spread your arms apart and return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale when you spread your arms, and exhale when you bring them together.

Precautions

Spread your arms and be careful not to strain your shoulders.
