1. Please lie down comfortably on the floor.
2. Keep your feet and arms apart and spread them outwards.
1. Lie down looking at the sky and stretch your arms and legs out diagonally.
2. Raise your right hand and left leg while keeping them straight so that your hand and foot touch.
3. Slowly return to the original position and do the same with the opposite arm and leg.
Exhale when you raise your arms, and inhale when you lower them.
Keep your abdomen tense and be careful not to strain your neck.
