Please stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and let your arms hang comfortably.
1. Step one foot back while raising both arms above your head.
2. Lower your arms and slowly return to the starting position.
Breathe in while going down, and breathe out while going up.
Please be careful not to let your knees go past your toes.
