Please lie face down with your stomach on the floor and hold your head with both hands.
1. Lift your chest and feet while twisting your body to one side.
2. Return to the starting position and exercise the same way on the opposite side.
Exhale when you lift your upper body, and inhale when you lower your upper body.
Please be careful not to strain and lift your upper body.
