How to Weighted Sit Up

Starting Position

1. Sit with your knees up and lean your upper body slightly back while holding the weight at your chest.

Proper Form

1. Lift your upper body using your abdominal strength.

2. Slowly lower down and repeat.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when you go up, and inhale when you go down.

Precautions

1. Please come down slowly to avoid bending your waist abruptly.

2. Avoid using excessive weight.
