Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Interlock your fingers and raise them above your head.
1. Raise your clasped hands above your head and slowly pull your arms back.
2. Hold for 10-15 seconds, feeling your chest open up.
3. Slowly return to the starting position.
Inhale while spreading your elbows, and exhale while bringing your elbows together.
Do not raise your shoulders excessively. Keep your back straight without arching it.
