Lift the barbell and perform a drag curl.
I stand and grab the barbell.
1. Grab the barbell and extend your arms to lower it.
2. Pull the barbell close to your body while pulling your elbows back.
3. Slowly lower the barbell back to its original position.
Exhale while pulling your arms and inhale while returning to the original position.
Keep your elbows close to your body and curl slowly.
