Stand with your arms at your sides.
1. Stand with your legs straight and reach your hands forward.
2. Bend at the waist and touch your toes.
3. Slowly rise back to the starting position.
Inhale when you touch your toes, and exhale when you stand up.
When touching your toes, slightly bend your knees and avoid putting strain on your lower back.
