Starting Position

Stand and raise your arms above your head.

Proper Form

1. Stand and raise your arms above your head.

2. Extend your arms straight and perform an overhead press.

3. Slowly return to the original position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale when you raise your arms, and exhale when you lower them.

Precautions

Be careful not to strain your shoulders when rotating them.
