Step up and down using your body weight
I stand in front of the box.
1. Stand in front of the step box and place one foot on top of the box.
2. Put your weight on it and step up onto the box.
3. Lower the other foot to the ground as you come down.
Inhale when you place your foot on the box, and exhale when you lower it.
When stepping onto the step box, be careful not to let your knees go beyond your toes.
