Swing your arm down to the side
Stand up, raise one arm above your head, and spread the opposite leg.
1. Stand and raise your arms up.
2. Twist your body and swing your arms down to the sides.
3. Repeat on the other side.
Exhale when twisting your upper body, and inhale when returning to the original position.
Be careful not to strain your back while performing the tree cutting action.
