How to Bowling

Starting Position

1. Take your basic stance behind the approach line with the ball in hand.

Proper Form

Approach with 4 to 5 steps and gently roll the ball through a swing of the arm.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when swinging down, and inhale while preparing.

Precautions

1. Be careful not to bend your wrist excessively.

2. Do not cross the rain line to prevent slipping.
