Stand with your legs wide apart and extend your arms to the sides.
1. Touch the left toes with your right hand while twisting your upper body down.
2. Slowly come back up and repeat the same with the opposite hand and foot.
3. When moving, keep your knees slightly bent and focus on spinal rotation.
Exhale when bending down, and inhale when coming up.
Don't twist your waist suddenly.
