How to Decline Dumbbell Curl
Starting Position
1. Lie on the decline bench and hold the dumbbells.
2. Extend your arms downwards.
Proper Form
1. Bend your elbows and lift the dumbbell.
2. Lower it gently.
Breathing Technique
Exhale when you go up, and inhale when you go down.
Precautions
