How to Elbow Touch and Press Up
Starting Position
Stand and bring your arms in front of your chest.
Proper Form
1. Stand and bring your arms in front of your chest.
2. Touch your elbows, then extend your arms to perform the press.
3. Slowly return to the original position.
Breathing Technique
Inhale when you move your arms, and exhale when you lower them.
Precautions
Keep your elbows straight.
