Release your hands at the bottom of the push-up.
Place your hands under your shoulders in the push-up position.
1. Bend your arms in the push-up position and lower your chest to the floor.
2. Lift your hands off the floor and pause for a moment.
3. Place your hands back on the floor and complete the push-up.
Exhale while lifting your body and inhale while coming down.
Please lower it slowly.
