How to Hand Release Push-Up
Starting Position
Place your hands under your shoulders in the push-up position.
Proper Form
1. Bend your arms in the push-up position and lower your chest to the floor.
2. Lift your hands off the floor and pause for a moment.
3. Place your hands back on the floor and complete the push-up.
Breathing Technique
Inhale while lifting your body and exhale while coming down.
Precautions
Please lower it slowly.
