Starting Position
Lie on the floor and place your hands under your shoulders.
Proper Form
1. Lie on the floor and place your hands under your shoulders.
2. Extend your arms and lift your body.
3. Slowly return to the original position.
Breathing Technique
Inhale as you lower your body, and exhale as you rise.
Precautions
