Stand with a kettlebell in one hand and your feet shoulder-width apart.
1. Hold the kettlebell with one hand and place it between your legs.
2. Quickly rise your body and throw the kettlebell upwards.
3. Extend your arms and lift the kettlebell above your head.
Exhale when lifting the kettlebell and inhale when lowering it.
Be careful not to strain your shoulders when raising your arms above your head.
