How to Panatta Super High Row
Starting Position
1. Sit on the machine and place your feet on the footrest.
2. Lean your upper body slightly forward and grab the handle, extending your arms forward.
3. Keep your back straight and get ready.
Proper Form
1. Pull the handle towards your body while pulling your shoulders back.
2. Make sure your elbows do not go excessively behind your torso.
3. Pause briefly at the maximum contraction point, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
Exhale when pulling the handle, and inhale when returning to the starting position.
Precautions
1. Keep your back straight and be careful not to bend excessively.
2. Avoid lifting too heavy weights and focus on feeling the stimulation with correct movements.
