I sit on the chair and tilt my neck to the side.
1. Sit on a chair and gently tap your neck.
2. Softly tap the back of your neck with your fingertips.
3. Relax and repeat for 15 seconds.
Inhale when you tilt your head back, and exhale when you return to the original position.
Gently pat the neck and be careful not to apply excessive force.
