How to Shoulder Tap
Starting Position
Keep your body straight in the push-up position.
Proper Form
1. Keep your body straight in the push-up position.
2. Touch the opposite shoulder with one hand.
3. Repeat with the opposite hand.
Breathing Technique
Inhale when you tap your shoulder, and exhale when you lower your arms.
Precautions
Be careful not to strain your shoulders.
