1. Place the Smith bar on your shoulders and put a step box under your feet.
2. Place one foot on the step box and keep the other foot on the floor.
1. Push off the floor with your foot to step up onto the step box.
2. As you go up, pull the opposite knee towards your chest.
3. As you come down, step that leg back into a lunge position.
4. After repeating the movement going up, switch legs and continue.
Exhale when stepping up, and inhale when going down into the lunge.
1. Set the box height and weight according to your level.
2. When landing, align your feet and knees to prevent your knees from bending inward.
