How to Standing Back Squeeze
Starting Position
Stand with your arms spread out to the sides and your hands on your hips.
Proper Form
1. Stand with your arms extended to the side and your hands placed behind your waist.
2. Pull your arms back and contract your back.
3. Slowly return to the original position.
Breathing Technique
Inhale while contracting your shoulders and exhale as you return to the original position.
Precautions
Be careful not to strain your shoulders.
