How to Standing Elbow Clap

Starting Position

1. Please stand with your legs shoulder-width apart.

2. With your wrists relaxed, place your palms together in front of your face.

Proper Form

1. Stand and stretch your arms forward, bringing your palms together.

2. Bend your elbows and clap in front of you.

3. Slowly extend your arms back to the original position.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when bringing your elbows together, and inhale when spreading them apart.

Precautions

Please be careful not to let your elbows flare out excessively.
