How to Standing Elbow Touch

Starting Position

Stand and bring your arms in front of your chest.

Proper Form

1. Stand and raise your arms above your head.

2. Bend your elbows so that your hands go behind you.

3. Stretch while bringing your elbows together.

Breathing Technique

Inhale when you bring your elbows together, and exhale when you spread them apart.

Precautions
