Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Raise your arms above your head.
1. Please grab the opposite elbow with one hand.
2. While pulling your arm, slowly lean your upper body to the side.
3. After returning to the starting position, grab the opposite elbow and repeat the same movement.
Exhale when you lean to the side, and inhale when you come back.
Keep your body from leaning forward, avoid using momentum, and move slowly. Don't strain your lower back.
