How to Standing Reach Up Back Rotation Stretch
Starting Position
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Raise both arms overhead.
Proper Form
1. Grab your opposite elbow with one hand.
2. Pull your arm and slowly bend your torso to the side.
3. Return to the center, switch arms, and repeat.
Breathing Technique
Exhale as you bend, inhale as you return.
Precautions
Keep your body upright and move slowly without using momentum. Don't strain your back.
