Should I do this like abduction, with the axis centered? If I press my hips against the backrest, my legs don't reach well ㅠㅜ I can't hold the handles either.

I was doing it alone, and just now the trainer pointed it out to me... Make sure to press your entire thigh against the pad, and instead of keeping your butt close to the back of the chair, push it forward while keeping your core tight. Instead of standing on your feet, lay them down and place them on the footrest. Then, your thighs will be really targeted.
