How to Alternating Ankle Touch

Starting Position

Stand with one arm extended to the side and the opposite hand on your ankle.

Proper Form

1. Stand with your feet crossed.

2. Touch the opposite ankle with your hand.

3. Repeat on the other side.

Breathing Technique

Inhale when you touch your ankle, and exhale when you come back.

Precautions

Be careful not to twist your waist excessively when alternating touches on your ankles.
