How to Cable Side Bend

Starting Position

1. Please hold the cable with one hand.

2. Please stand two steps away from the cable to the side.

Proper Form

1. Bend your upper body down in the opposite direction of the cable.

2. Slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when you lift your upper body, and inhale when you lower it.

Precautions

1. Don't bend your waist excessively; move only within a natural range.
