Place the dumbbells on the floor and get into the burpee starting position.
1. After performing a burpee, grab the dumbbell and snatch it overhead.
2. Put down the dumbbell and repeat.
Exhale when you snatch, and inhale when you set it down.

2. Make sure not to place the dumbbells too far from your body.
