This is a full-body power exercise that builds coordination and explosive strength.
1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and push your hips back to get ready.
2. Open your chest and engage your core.
1. Lift the dumbbell to shoulder height using your lower body strength.
2. Then complete the press above your head.
3. Slowly lower it down.
Exhale when you go up, and inhale when you go down.
1. Be careful not to let your waist bend during the clean.
2. Keep your core engaged so that your ribs don't lift during the press.
3. Absorb the impact gently when lowering the dumbbells.
