Lift a dumbbell and perform a drag curl
Stand and lift the dumbbells to the side.
1. Grab the dumbbell and extend your arm down.
2. Pull the dumbbell close to your body while pulling your elbow back.
3. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to its original position.
Exhale while raising your arms and inhale while returning to the original position.
Keep your elbows close to your body and curl slowly.
