It is a workout that contracts triceps muscle by lifting the dumbbell above your head. Be careful not to move your elbows during workout!
Prepare by holding the dumbbell as if it's resting on your hands overlapped in a triangle shape. Make sure your elbows don't drift apart by keeping them next to your head. Only extend your arms to the point where you can feel the stimulation in your triceps, so they don't overextend! If you don't feel the stimulation well while standing, it's okay to sit on a bench and lean your back!
