1. Sit on the preacher bench and press your upper body and arms completely against the pad.
2. Grab the EZ bar with your palms facing up.

2. Grab the EZ bar with your palms facing up at shoulder width.
3. Lift the EZ bar using only the strength of your biceps without any body or shoulder momentum.
Exhale when you raise your arms, and inhale when you lower them.
